Why the pivot to Phone Sales?
The strategy for 2026 is shifting from low-ticket automated sales to high-ticket phone closing.
Chad explained that while the "Done-For-You" newsletter service is currently $297, the plan is to pivot this into a $2,500+ service sold by a sales team. To support this, the tech team is rolling out three massive infrastructure upgrades.
1. The Return of Revolverr
Revolverr is Chad's classic call-routing software, and it is being resurrected to handle "Hot Leads."
When a lead performs a specific action - like filling out a Quizforma application or hitting a specific tag - Revolverr instantly calls the sales team. It can ring Chad, Connie, and a partner simultaneously. The first person to press "1" gets connected to the prospect immediately while they are still looking at the page.
2. Sub-Users & Round Robin Scheduling
Platinum GC users will soon be able to add staff members to their accounts with specific permissions.
You will be able to assign specific pipelines or leads to individual sales agents. Furthermore, each sub-user can set their own calendar availability. This allows Global Control to run a "Round Robin" booking system, distributing appointments evenly across your team.
3. The "Collections" Radar
Mintbird now separates "Active Payment Plans" from "Collections" so you can recover lost revenue.
Previously, if a payment plan failed and maxed out its retries, it just vanished. Now, it moves to a specific "Collections" report. When you click a contact's name, you see a Unified Record showing their purchase history, debt owed, and their Card on File. This allows your sales team to get the client on the phone and run the past-due charge manually during the call.
