Why Did My Newsletter Just Get So Much Easier?

There's been a bunch of changes rolling out across the Titanium tools, so I wanted to send a quick update in case you missed anything. Some of these updates are live already, and a few are right around the corner. There's a lot to check out, especially if you like making your newsletters look better or want them to work a little faster.

In this issue, you’ll see a new way to preview your newsletters, some handy features coming for mobile users, and a sneak peek at how AI is about to make booking appointments a lot more interesting. There’s also a big design upgrade coming soon that’ll let you make your newsletters stand out even more.

✅ Appointment Scheduling System Coming to GC

There’s now an appointment system inside of GC that should be available to us soon. Chad mentioned he’s seen it in action and it’s ready for use, so keep an eye out for when you can start booking appointments directly through GC.

“Oh, and the other thing is, uh, maybe I'll shoot a video showing you this,, our appointment system inside of GC. I just saw the bot make the appointment.”

✅ BirdSend Server Errors Fixed

The server error issue raised recently about BirdSend has been sorted out. The team tracked down the issue and it turned out to be a problem with an individual workflow setup, not the server itself. Once the workflow was corrected, the errors stopped showing up.

✅ Newsletter Preview Now Loads Super Fast

Have you noticed your newsletter preview is loading way faster now? That's because it's finally a real web page instead of just an editor. I clicked the preview button yesterday and was shocked at how quick it popped up! This makes checking your newsletter before sending it out so much easier, especially when you're in a hurry.

"You're going to see that it loads like a web page now. You're going to see that that loads like a web page, that your sign-up page loads like a web page. Your archives does."

✅ Your Archive Page Will Soon Show Newest Newsletters First

Ever get annoyed that your newest newsletters don't show up at the top of your archive page? Me too! Good news - they're fixing this soon. Instead of sorting by when you first created the newsletter, they'll sort by when you actually published it. This means your newest stuff will always be at the top where readers can find it.

"We're going to add a published date and sort by that, with the most recent first."

✅ Live Data Coming to Your Newsletters (Weather, Events, and More)

This is pretty cool - soon you'll be able to add live data right into your newsletters. Think weather forecasts, local events, real estate listings, and more. Plus, they're adding interactive polls that your readers can answer right in the newsletter. I'm definitely going to use this for my restaurant reviews to let readers vote on where I should go next!

"They've already started working on the AI polls. So we can pull in the real... now that we're server side, we can pull in the real information from Google through their Gemini... There's probably about 10 APIs added. Everything from weather to local events to realtor stuff. So you'll just be able to pull in that data instantly, too, without having to look for it."

✅ Make Your Newsletter Sections Pop with New Design Options

In about two weeks, we're getting some really nice design upgrades. You'll be able to add background images to sections, put color overlays on top, add gradients, and even different border styles (solid, dotted, or dashed). They're also adding buttons you can put in any section, which should help get more clicks. I've been wanting this forever so I don't have to keep making images in Canva just to get a nice-looking header!

"The fancy blocks will be there where you can load a background image. You can put an overlay on top of that background image or you can put your color there for the block and you can make it match the newsletter. Probably two weeks from now, we're going really deep with gradients in Mintbird, Poplinks and Letterman... Along the same lines, we're going to have it to where you're going to put a button in the sections if you choose, which is really going to increase your CTR... And then it's already there where you can take your section and you can put a colored background to it. And even then, we have a border that goes around and that can be a solid border, it could be a dotted border or it could be a dashed border that goes around the section."

✅ Work on Building Newsletters from Your Phone

Something cool is in the works for anyone who likes to do everything on their phone. Conny asked for an easier way to handle newsletters from her phone, since that’s where she does all her work. The team has already made the preview load like a real web page (which helps a lot on mobile), but they’re still working on making it possible to build and manage your whole newsletter right from your phone. If you’re a phone-first person, keep an eye out for more updates on this soon.

"One of the things that she requested was that she just wanted to click the link that the staff gave over and she could view the newsletter and she could change the status right there on her phone... So that has since been fixed. You're going to see that it loads like a web page now."

✅ AI Appointment System with Interactive Bot Scheduling

The new appointment system in GC looks amazing! Instead of just showing a boring list of available dates, it uses a bot from AI Bot Studio that actually talks to your customers. It guides them through picking a time in a conversational way. Chad seemed really excited about this one - said it's way better than other scheduling tools out there.

"Oh my God, it is so good. It, it is so good guys. It's not like the other systems where they just give you a list of available dates. This thing talks to you, right? So I'll see if I can shoot a little demo here shortly."

✅  Big Changes Coming to Mintbird (Including AI-Generated Pages!)

Mintbird’s got some really big updates on the way. If you saw last week’s newsletter, you know Chad showed off how you can use AI to build out full web pages, with funnels, and order forms coming soon—just by describing what you want. That feature is still in the works, but it’s getting closer. On the Titanium Tech Call, G did another demo of this, and it looks like the team is making steady progress. If you’ve ever wanted to spin up a sales page or funnel in just a few clicks, keep an eye on Mintbird over the next couple weeks. There’s more coming, too, but the AI page builder is definitely the one I’m most excited about.

"And obviously there's big changes in Mintbird too. Like big, big, big, big, big changes in Mintird."

🔥 Chad’s really fired up about how the new appointment scheduler bot isn’t just a calendar—it actually talks to people and makes booking feel personal and easy. He sees this as a big leap from the old way of just picking dates from a list.

"I tried to do this with Calendly. I tried to do this with Square. I couldn't do it. I couldn't do it. This is the only system that does it this way. It actually talks to you. It doesn't just give you a list of available dates."

Making AI Bot Studio run smoother, so expect more optimizations there.

Letterman updates are rolling into their third week, so we should see even more improvements and some new features popping up soon.
