New Landing Pages for Every Publication

Letterman is rolling out a big improvement for anyone running a newsletter. Now, every publication gets its own “Landing Pages” section right inside the dashboard. These pages are made automatically for you, but you can still edit them just like your registration page.

You’ll get a thank you page, archives page, email confirmation page, contact page, privacy policy, terms of service, advertising inquiry page (for people who want to buy ads), and a newsletter inquiry page (for businesses interested in starting their own newsletter).

All these pages are hosted on your Letterman domain, so you don’t need to use Mintbird or Poplinks for these basic but important pages. This makes it easier to look professional and keep everything in one place.

"In the dashboard for every publication, there will be a new page called landing pages. These pages will be created automatically but will be editable just like the registration page. New landing pages will include thank you page, archives page, email confirmation page, contact page, privacy policy, terms of service, advertising inquiry (packages), newsletter inquiry (business want their own newsletter). All these pages will be on your Letterman domain and it would be no need to use Mintbird or Poplinks to handle these pages."

✅  Archive Pages: Smarter Layout, SEO, and Social Previews

Archive pages in Letterman are getting a major upgrade. Now, when someone visits your archives, they’ll see a cleaner layout with breadcrumbs for easy navigation.

Each article in the archive will automatically display the headline, subheadline, author, date, and social sharing buttons. This makes your archives look more like a real publication and helps readers find what they want faster.

These archive pages are now indexable by search engines, which means they can show up in Google results. Letterman is also adding SEO features like Open Graph previews, so when someone shares your archive on social media, it will show a nice preview with the right title and image. This is a big step up for anyone who wants their newsletter to look professional and get more organic traffic.

"The archive page layout changes include bread crumbs, automatically bringing in headline and sub headline, bringing in the author and the date and the socials, and the fact that these archive pages can now be indexed, have SEO and hope to have an open graph preview."

Fancy Boxes and Native Design Tools (No More Canva Hacks)

You no longer have to create section headers in Canva and upload them as images. Letterman’s editor now lets you add “fancy box” elements natively.

These are customizable title boxes where you can add images, colors, or gradients right inside the platform. You can also set colored backgrounds for different blocks, which is great for making ads or sponsored content stand out.

These new design tools save time and help your newsletters look more polished and unique, all without leaving Letterman.

"You're probably already starting to see changes in the editor where we're letting you go and add colors now...I've already gone and laid out the fancy title boxes..."

✅  Colored Backgrounds for Blocks—Perfect for Ads

Starting next week, you’ll be able to use colored backgrounds on any content block in your newsletter.

This is especially useful if you want to highlight ads, sponsored content, or important announcements. Just pick a color and apply it—no design skills needed.

This makes it easier to draw attention to the parts of your newsletter that matter most.

"Next week, you can use colored backgrounds on blocks that might be good for ads."

✅  AI-Driven SEO and Search Optimization

Letterman is getting smarter with search engine optimization. Soon, AI will analyze your newsletter pages, figure out the best keywords, and automatically create SEO-optimized titles for you.

This means your local newsletter can rank higher in Google searches and attract more readers without you having to be an SEO expert. It’s all about making your content easier to find and more valuable to your audience.

"AI will just go and analyze your whole entire page...it'll determine what the best keywords are...it'll create an SEO optimized title for you..."

✅  Mobile-First Fonts and Layout

With more people reading newsletters on their phones, Letterman is focusing on mobile-first design. You’ll notice updates that make fonts easier to read on small screens and layouts that look great on any device. This means your newsletter will be more accessible and enjoyable for everyone, no matter where they’re reading it.

"More mobile traffic means we’re updating fonts and layouts to be mobile-first."

✅  Email Follow-Up Section Right in the Dashboard

Managing your key emails just got easier. There’s now a dedicated section for “Email Follow Up” where you can handle your registration email, newsletter inquiry email, and advertising inquiry email.

The cool part is that all of these can be sent directly from Letterman using the Letterman email sending domain.

This means you don’t have to set up outside email services or worry about deliverability. Everything is handled in one spot, making it easier to keep track of your communications and make sure your emails are actually getting delivered.

"In the dashboard, there will also be a section for email follow up. This will include your registration email, your newsletter inquiry email, and your advertising inquiry email, and all of those can be sent right from Letterman using the Letterman email sending domain."

✅  Automatic Tagging for Newsletter and Advertising Interest

Letterman now helps you keep your audience organized by automatically tagging people based on their interests.

If someone fills out a newsletter inquiry or an advertising inquiry, the system will fire off a tag for them. This means you can easily find and follow up with people who want to advertise or who are interested in starting their own newsletter.

You don’t have to manually track these leads—Letterman does it for you, so you can send targeted emails or offers to the right people at the right time.

"The system will also set up tags for people that are interested in a newsletter and also interested in advertising so the tag can be fired off."

✅  Confirmation Link in Thank You Email Boosts Deliverability

When someone signs up for your newsletter, the thank you email now asks them to confirm their email address by clicking a special link. After they click, they’re taken to another page where you can ask them to join a group or take another action (like following you on social media or joining a community).

This process isn’t just about making sure their email is real—it’s also a smart way to improve your email deliverability. When people open and click your emails, email providers see that as a good sign, so your future emails are more likely to land in their main inbox instead of spam or promotions.

"Within the thank you email that goes out, it asks them to confirm their email address. When they click the confirmation link, they’re taken to another page where you can ask them to join a group or something else. But the real benefit is that when people open and click that confirmation email, email providers see that as engagement, so your future emails are more likely to land in the main inbox."

Bump Offers: High Conversions & New Attention-Grabbing Tools

Bump offers are performing really well in Mintbird, with about 30% of people who see a bump offer adding it to their order. That’s a big deal for anyone wanting to increase their average order value.

But Mintbird is about to make bump offers even more powerful. A new formatting panel is coming that lets you make your bump offers stand out with animations, flashing arrows, wiggling buttons, blinking effects, custom borders, different font choices, and even the ability to change how your bumps look on mobile.

You’ll be able to do all this with simple clicks—no design skills needed. This will help you catch your customer’s eye and boost those conversions even higher. Expect this update next week.

"Bump offers are converting at 30%. New bump formatting is coming: Add animations, flashing arrows, wiggling buttons, blinking, border formatting, change mobile size, change fonts. Probably next week there will be a new formatting panel to add all of this styling to bring attention to the bumps."

✅  Auto Meta Pixel Section for Easy Tracking

Mintbird is making Facebook ad tracking much simpler. Next week, you’ll see a new “Auto Meta Pixel” section in your domains settings. Here, you can decide exactly which types of pages should have your Facebook (Meta) Pixel—like putting it on sales pages but not on thank you pages.

This means you’ll never forget to add a pixel to the pages that matter for your ads, and you won’t accidentally double-track people on pages where it isn’t needed. This helps you get more accurate data for your Facebook ads and makes setting up tracking much less stressful.

"Next week, when you go into domains section, there will now be an auto meta pixel section. You can decide which types of pages should have the pixel deployed. For instance on sales pages but not thank you pages. No more forgot to put a pixel."

✅  Fulfillment Email Tab and Memberships Tab for Product Delivery

If you’re selling digital products with Mintbird, there’s a handy feature under each product’s detail page called the “Fulfillment Email” tab. Here, you can set up automatic delivery of your digital products—so when someone buys, they get their download or access link instantly, without you lifting a finger. This isn’t new, but a lot of users don’t know it’s there.

Even better, starting next week, there will be a new “Memberships” tab. This will let you deliver Course Sprout courses directly through Mintbird, so if someone buys a course, they get access right away. This makes it super simple to sell and deliver both digital products and online courses with no manual work.

"Under product detail, for each product there is a fulfillment email tab where you can auto deliver digital products. and next week there will be a new tab for Memberships so you can deliver couse sprout courses."

🔥 Mintbird AI Page Builder Development Continues

As covered in the last issue, major upgrades to Mintbird are in development that use AI to instantly create sales pages, funnels, checkout pages, upsells, and downsells. This week, Chad and Gaurav "G" demoed the feature again and showed how to integrate a chatbot on the AI generated sales page and showed the new bump offer options!

Mintbird Integration: Deliver Products Instantly with Tags

A powerful new integration is coming to GC next week that connects directly with Mintbird. Now, you’ll be able to set up automations so that whenever a tag is fired—like after someone completes a quiz, interacts with AIBot Studio, or takes an action in Letterman—a digital product from Mintbird can be delivered automatically.

This works for both free and paid products, and you can use it to instantly send out bonuses, rewards, or even full products. It ties your entire Titanium ecosystem together, letting you reward engagement and automate fulfillment across all your tools.

"Next week there will be a new Mintbird integration so you can automatically deliver a digital product from Mintbird with a tag fire. You can deliver bonuses, free or paid products from a tag from a quiz, from AIBot studio, from Mintbird From Letterman from anywhere, you can fire off a tag."

Facebook Lead Ads Integration for Custom Audiences

GC is getting a new integration inside the Tags system called “Facebook Lead Ads.” This lets you automatically add or remove people from a Facebook Custom Audience based on what they do.

For example, if someone visits a page with your pixel, they get added to a custom audience so you can show them retargeting ads on Facebook—which usually cost half as much as regular ads.

Even better, when someone buys, they’ can be automatically removed from the audience so you don’t waste money showing ads to people who already purchased. This makes your ad spend more efficient and your targeting much smarter.

"Within Tags there will be an integration called Facebook Lead Ads which will allow you to add or remove a contact from a facebook custom audience. So when they visit a page with your pixel, they can be added into a custom audience in Facebook this will allow re-targeting ads on Facebook. Re-targeting ads are half the price of a regular ad. And when they purchase, they can be automatically removed from the Custom audience. That way you don't retarget someone who has purchased."

Training Center: See Tags and Bots Assigned, Easier Channel Management

AIBot Studio’s Training Center just got a lot more useful. Now, you can see all the tags that have been assigned to your training resources and also see which bots are assigned to which pieces of training.

This makes it much easier to keep track of what’s connected to what, especially if you’re managing lots of bots or training materials.

There’s also been a big clean-up in the messaging channels area. Now, you can easily connect your bots to business pages, WhatsApp, or Instagram right from the messaging channel, without having to go through each bot one by one. This saves you time and makes managing your bots much simpler.

"You can now see tags that have been assigned. See bots that have been assigned. Clean up of messaging channels."

🔥 Local Newsletters: Your Hedge Against AI Uncertainty

Chad has a clear message for the community this week. With all the fast changes in AI, the future can feel pretty uncertain. But there’s one thing you can count on: building local newsletters.

Chad says local newsletters are stable, low-cost to grow, and—most importantly—something AI can’t take away from us.

He’s encouraging everyone to start a local newsletter as a way to hedge against all the unknowns in the tech world. This is his big vision for the week, and he wants everyone to take action on it.

"There's certainty in what's being done with local newsletters and the inexpensive traffic to get these built. That's the certainty. The uncertainty is everything else that's going on with AI and all this other stuff. But the one thing that AI cannot take away from us is the ability to build a local newsletter. So if you want to hedge against all this other stuff, that's what I would do. I would get a local newsletter going. That's the certainty that we have right now.."
