🛠 Titanium Times – Issue #6 (Week of June 2 - June 6, 2025)

A sneak peek at smarter newsletters, easier content, and the magic Chad’s team is adding to help us connect with our audience.

If you’ve ever wondered how to get more eyes on your content—and keep your readers coming back—this week’s Titanium updates are for you. Chad and his team have been busy, with the changes rolling out now (and more coming soon.)

🔥This Week’s Theme: Smarter Tools, Bigger Reach: Connecting Content and Audience the Easy Way

Letterman is growing from a simple newsletter tool into a full content delivery system, with new options for creating, sharing, and managing everything in one place.

Plus, the team is making it easier than ever to track who visits your pages and reach them again with just a click, thanks to new pixel and audience features.

From new ways to style and organize our newsletters, to mobile upgrades and the soon-to-launch ability to add tracking pixels everywhere (even on registration pages!), there’s a lot to be excited about.

And don’t miss Chad’s big vision for where all of this is headed—it’s all about helping us connect with our audience and grow, without needing to be a tech expert.

Content Delivery Platform Options

Letterman is evolving as a content delivery platform, giving users the flexibility to create individual content pieces like blog articles as well as  entire newsletters. The platform is designed for easy content creation and management.

SEO Improvements - Blogs: H1 Titles, Descriptions, and Backlinks

Letterman is focusing on SEO improvements, including better handling of H1 titles, meta descriptions, and backlinks for blogs and newsletters. This will help users’ content rank higher and attract more readers.

✅ Adding Schema & Native Web Pages (Privacy, TOS, Contact, Donation, Advertise)

Work is underway to add schema markup and native web pages (privacy policy, terms of service, contact, donation, advertise) to Letterman. This will improve SEO and compliance, and users will be able to place pixels on all these pages.

"We're also working on  adding schema to all of your pages, so that includes your privacy page, your terms of service, your contact page, your donation page, your advertise page. All of those will be native web pages, and you'll be able to place pixels on all of them."

More Formatting Improvements on Mobile; Full-Size Images

Letterman has received mobile formatting improvements, and images now display in full size on mobile devices for a better reading experience.

"Letterman - more formatting improvements on mobile. images now come in full size."

✅  Newsletter Sections  – Background Colors, Buttons, Outlines

A new feature in Letterman allows users to customize newsletter sections with background colors, buttons, and section outlines, making newsletters more visually engaging.

✅  Fix: Hitting Return Now Does Single Space, Not Double Space

A usability improvement in Letterman: pressing the return key, in the editor, now creates a single space instead of a double space, making editing and formatting more intuitive.

"And now when you hit return, it just does a single space, not a double space. So it's a lot easier to make your newsletters look the way you want."

✅  Still Working on Live Data from Google Gemini (Weather, Local News)

Development continues on integrating live data from Google Gemini, such as weather and local news, into Letterman newsletters. This was mentioned last week and is still in progress.

"We're still working on getting live data from Google Gemini, so you'll be able to pull in things like weather and local news right into your newsletters. It's not quite ready yet, but it's coming."

✅ Adding Ability to Add Pixels

Letterman will soon allow users to add Facebook pixels to their newsletters, enabling more advanced tracking and retargeting.

✅ Next Week, Ghost Writer Changes to Avatar

An update is coming next week: the “ghost writer” feature in Letterman will be replaced by an “avatar” system, offering more personalization and flexibility in content creation.

"Ghost writer is going away next week. We're switching to an avatar system, so you'll be able to pick your own avatar for your newsletters instead."

✅  In Development: Use a Tag to Send Out a Newsletter Instantly

A new automation lets users trigger an instant newsletter send-out using a tag, instead of waiting for the scheduled time. This gives more control over newsletter delivery.

✅  Waiting for Final Facebook Approval to Allow Mintbird to Connect to Audiences

Mintbird is on the verge of a major integration: the team is waiting for one last approval from Facebook. Once approved, Mintbird users will be able to connect directly to Facebook audiences, unlocking streamlined ad targeting and retargeting capabilities from within their accounts. This is a follow-up to last week’s discussion, showing that development is ongoing and nearly complete.

"Because I'll show you, uh, we're waiting for final approval today from, um, Facebook. We've got most of our, uh, requests approved this week. Um, but there's one more that we're waiting on and then we're gonna be able to turn, uh, all this on, um, inside your account and you're gonna be able to go crazy with it, right?"

✅  Pixel & Audience Association Indicators

Mintbird is getting a visual update: each page will soon display an indicator showing whether a Facebook pixel or audience is set. If both are set, the Meta symbol will appear dark; if only the pixel is set, the symbol will be light. This makes it easy for users to see at a glance which tracking and retargeting tools are active on each page.

✅  Fulfill Digital Products and Course Sprout Course Directly From Mintbird. No Tags Required.

Mintbird now allows users to fulfill digital products directly from the product detail section and send fulfillment emails. Additionally, users can deliver products within Course Sprout without needing to use a tag, streamlining the process.

"Mintbird - Can now fullfill digital products from within the product detail for the product in the fullfillment email section. and from the membership integration section you can now deliver within course sprout without needing to use a tag."

Still Working on Interactive Chatbot Preview

The AIBot Studio team is still working on making the right-side preview interactive when editing a chatbot. This was mentioned last week and remains in progress.

Bot Library – Fix Delayed Loading

A fix is in progress for delayed loading in the AIBot Studio bot library, improving speed and reliability.

  Appointment Integration with GC

A new feature is coming to AIBot Studio: advanced options in bot editing will soon include an appointment section that pulls appointments from GC (Global Control) and allows the bot to interactively schedule these. Demo below.

Soon: Pixel Support for Poplinks, Quizforma, Course Sprout

Pixel integration is also coming soon for other Titanium Suite products, including Poplinks, Quizforma, and Course Sprout. This will allow users to track and retarget visitors across all major Titanium Suite tools.

✅  Member Grabber Not Working Due to Meta’s Foundational URL Change

The Member Grabber tool is currently broken because Meta (Facebook) made foundational changes to their URLs, which disrupted all software that collects leads from Facebook groups. Users must manually add members for now. The fix is actively being worked on and is expected next week.

🔥  Building a Smarter, Connected Content System for Everyone

Chad’s vision for Titanium Suite is all about making it easy for anyone—no matter their tech skills—to share great content and reach more people. He wants Letterman to be more than just a newsletter tool; it’s becoming a full content delivery system. That means we can create, share, and manage all our newsletters, blogs, and updates in one simple place.

But Chad’s big idea doesn’t stop there. He’s making sure all Titanium products can use “pixels” and connect to audiences.

In simple terms, a pixel is a tiny piece of code that helps you know who visits your pages and what they like. When you add a pixel to your newsletter, product page, or quiz, you can find out who’s interested and show them more of what they care about later. This is called “retargeting”—and it helps you reach the right people at the right time, even if they didn’t buy or sign up the first time.

By connecting all of our Titanium tools with pixels and audiences, we get a superpower: we can keep our readers and customers coming back, build trust, and grow our business faster.

Chad’s making sure these features are simple to set up, so we don’t have to be a tech expert to use them. The end goal? To help us “connect the dots” between our content, our audience, and our growth—all in one place.

"How many of you are starting to connect the dots with this crazy ad stuff and pixels and, uh, you know, retargeting and audiences? And are you guys starting to figure this stuff out a little bit?... we're waiting for final approval today from, um, Facebook. We've got most of our, uh, requests approved this week. Um, but there's one more that we're waiting on and then we're gonna be able to turn, uh, all this on, um, inside your account and you're gonna be able to go crazy with it, right?"

"This is gonna help you when it comes to newsletters. This is something you guys are gonna wanna do like today, right when you get off this call."

🔮 What to Expect Next Week

That’s what’s new from Chad and his team this week.

I’m excited about the changes coming to Letterman. It’s turning into a real content hub, not just a newsletter tool.

The pixel stuff is big too. Soon, we’ll be able to track who visits our pages and reach out to them again—without needing to be tech experts.

Let’s see what Chad’s team surprises us with next.
