What is the new B2B utility and how does it harvest local leads?


Coming soon, our new Lead Scrapers tool allows us to extract local business records from Google Maps, Yellow Pages, BBB, and Super Pages for free.

Chad says we will be able to type in a specific trade like hairstylists along with a target city to pull business names, phone numbers, ratings, websites, and email addresses directly onto our dashboard.

The tool will handle the data gathering in the background using direct API connections, meaning our personal computers stay free while the software builds our lists.

While the general public will eventually pay twenty-two dollars a month for this application, it is being rebuilt as part of our suite so we can plug in our own API keys and get leads at cost.

How does the email throttling protocol protect our sending domains?


The system features three distinct workflow tiers: mild, normal, and aggressive to safely space out our automated cold email sequences.

When we set up new DNS records or fresh email accounts, blasting a giant list all at once will get us flagged by spam filters and shut down.

The system solves this problem by letting us throttle the send, pulling out just a few contacts every hour to keep the email providers happy.

This safeguard is vital when managing massive spreadsheets of fifty thousand leads because starting out slow keeps our new email servers completely safe.

What additional tracking and cleaning features are being added to our workflows?


We can clean our data using tools like Email List Verifier and set automated schedules to run new searches periodically.

The list-cleaning step checks the extracted emails automatically to remove bad addresses and prevent bounces before any messages go out.

We will also be able to upload our own existing CSV or Excel files straight into the manager to drop those leads into our automated follow-up sequences.

Chad recently had a call with Mastermind members Jim Phillips and Lane Evans to look at how we can integrate lead activity metrics and behavior-scoring frameworks directly into these local business pipelines, especially with Brian Anderson's lead referral program that many in Chad's tribe joined.
