It was great to have Chad back for the Local Newsletter Hour this week after his hiatus for the OpenClaw workshops. Being back on that call reminded us that our local publications are our bread and butter and the only true safety net we have in this economy.

While the rest of the world is still just playing around with AI to write poems, the Team is using it to give our software suite a total design overhaul.

Chad and the team is using ChatGPT and Claude Code to create high-end layouts for Letterman and Mintbird that look like they belong to major news empires. 

We also got a reality check about why we need to focus on building a loyal audience right now before the marketplace gets too competitive.

By sharpening our skills and following the Team's lead, we are making sure we have something to sell and a community that actually knows us.

The biggest lesson for our community this week is that owning our own audience is the only real way to keep our families secure as the job market shifts.

Instead of just focusing on setting up tools, we are moving toward the high-level strategy of becoming the trusted voice in our local towns.

It was a powerful moment this week when Chad shared the story of how OpenClaw actually started: sitting in bed with Conny, trying to find a way for AI to help him write his newsletter articles.

This revelation helps us understand why the Team is so focused on making our OpenClaw agents the engine that handles the research and drafting for our Letterman publications.

While it has taken some time to get the technology right, Chad is now showing us the path toward finally solving the "blank page" problem he set out to fix.

We are heading into a big week with the 3-day preview Summit starting Monday at 10:00 AM PDT. If you already have your Claw Launcher set up, these sessions are a good opportunity for a refresher before we dive into the deeper training.

Following the preview, we move into OpenClaw Shadow Intensive 4, where the focus will be the multi-agent evolution. It is a great time to see how these specialized bots will eventually manage different departments of our business while we focus on building our local authority.
