✅ Strategy: The "Hub" Page

Stop rebuilding your funnels from scratch. Chad sketched out the "Center Circle" method: Create one master sales page where the bottom pitch remains the same, but the top "Wrapper" changes for every new lead magnet you launch.

✅ New Report: The "Collections" Radar

Mintbird now separates "Active Payment Plans" from "Collections" (plans that have failed all retries). This allows you to instantly see who owes you money so you can call them up and update their card on file manually.

✅ Tech Tip: Bump Offer Display

If your bump offers aren't showing up on your sales page, check your element settings. Ensure you have selected "Link to Page" instead of "Link to Product" to force them to appear.

✅ Tech Tip: The "Link Bank" Trick

Instead of using long, ugly URLs for your confirmation pages or member areas, use the "Link Bank" inside Page Sprout. This allows you to create clean links like yoursite.com/members that are easy to share on calls.

✅ New Guide: The "100 Unique Products" Protocol

You don't need to create a course to monetize. Chad released a brand new guide hosted on Microsoft 365 containing 100 "quirky" physical products you can promote immediately as an affiliate.

 

The strategy is to find an item you already own (like a pizza oven), shoot a quick review video, and place the link in your newsletter.

✅ Coming Soon: The Business Directory

The team confirmed that a local business directory and events calendar are on the roadmap for 2026. This will allow you to sell premium listings to local business owners who engage with your newsletter.

✅ Coming Soon: Micro-Survey Results

The team is finalizing a view to see Micro-Survey results directly in the dashboard. This is critical for the 2026 strategy of separating "Business Owners" from "Residents" so you can pitch high-ticket services to the right people.

✅ Future Tech: Article Comments

Future updates will pull article comments directly into the newsletter view. This social proof encourages more clicks and engagement from your subscribers.

✅ Pricing Alert: DFY Pivot

The "Done-For-You" Newsletter Service ($297) may be removed soon. The plan is to pivot this into a $2,500+ high-ticket service sold via phone teams, so lock in the lower pricing if you haven't already.

✅ New Feature: The "Airplane" Button

You can now send a login reminder email specifically to members who have purchased but never logged in. By clicking the new "Airplane" icon in the Pricing Options view, you can recover the ~40% of customers who usually ghost after buying. Chad used this on a test account and saw login rates jump from 60% to 80% overnight.

✅ Logic Update: Pods vs. Courses

Chad drew out the new architecture for Pods. A "Pod" is the main container (Membership) that can hold multiple Courses. You can now use tags to unlock specific courses within a user's existing Pod, rather than creating a confusing mess of different accounts.

✅ Future Feature: Resources & Banners

You will soon be able to add Resources and Banners to the top of your course pages. This is designed to drive traffic to apps, surveys, or other offers directly from the member dashboard.

✅ Infrastructure: The Big Migration

The team is currently migrating the entire Titanium suite to a Fully Managed Server Solution. This massive update is designed to provide 99.99% uptime and faster speeds as we head into 2026.

✅ Strategy: The "Green Light" Protocol

To protect your domain reputation, Chad mapped out a strict sending protocol. You must segment your list into "Green" (Active) and "Red" (Inactive). Never mail your full list if your reputation is low; instead, use the "Sprinkle Method" to mix a small percentage of inactive leads into your active broadcasts.

✅ New Feature: Pipeline Activities

The pipeline is shifting focus to "Activities." You can now schedule specific tasks (e.g., "Call John on Tuesday") directly inside a contact's record, ensuring no lead falls through the cracks.

✅ Integration: Quizforma Results in GC

Quizforma now has a checkbox to save quiz answers directly into the GC Contact Record. You can also link a specific quiz to a pipeline stage, so your sales team can see the lead's answers immediately while on a call.

✅ Strategy: The "Sales Team" Upgrade

We are pivoting to High-Ticket Phone Sales in 2026. This involves three major infrastructure updates: The return of **Revolverr** (call routing), **Sub-Users** in GC (Round Robin scheduling), and the **Collections** report in Mintbird.
