A major update to Letterman now allows you to automate the segmentation of your list. The new flow is: Referral Widget FIRST -> Micro-Survey SECOND.

This allows you to filter "Residents" (who get deals) from "Business Owners" (who get pitched advertising services) instantly. Do not mix these lists up.
