This was a wild week in the Titanium world.

It started with Conny finding a bearded dragon (now named "Bam Bam") scratching on the garage door, and it ended with the dev team declaring total war on Zapier. 

🔥 Theme of the week? "Do the work manually first, then automate it."

Chad showed us how he manually "groomed" AI to write a high-converting email sequence, and then challenged the team to build a tool that does it automatically.

We also got a masterclass on turning a simple newsletter into a high-ticket sales machine using the new "Profit Pipeline."

Update: Checkout Themes

Quick Fix: RSS Feed Issues

If you are trying to pull an RSS feed into a directory (like Nextdoor) and it isn't working, check your domain settings in Letterman.

If your Root Domain Redirect is set to "Sign Up Page," it might block the feed. Try switching the redirect to "Archives" to clear the path .

Update: Course Sprout Syncs to GC

This is a big accomplishment for the dev team. Now, whenever someone signs up for a course in Course Sprout, they are automatically synced into Global Control with the proper tags .

This closes the loop on automation, so you can trigger workflows immediately after a student joins.

Chad showed exactly how he feeds ChatGPT screenshots of his sales pages and specific emotional cues before asking it to write a 7-day sequence.

Update: "Active" Status Logic Change

We made a huge update to how we track subscriber activity. Previously, "Transactional Emails" (like welcome emails or purchase receipts) didn't count toward a user's engagement score.

Now they do.

If a user clicks a welcome email from Mintbird or Course Sprout, they are instantly marked "Green" (Active). This prevents real buyers from accidentally falling into your "Dead" list .

Update: Sending Domain Unsubscribes

You can now see unsubscribe counts specific to each Sending Domain.

This is a safety feature. It ensures that if someone unsubscribes from your "Newsletter," they aren't accidentally removed from your "Product Updates" list if those emails come from different domains .

Coming Soon: Staff Accounts

Chad mentioned that the team is testing "User Accounts" for GC. This will allow you to give your sales team or VA access to work your pipeline without giving them the keys to your entire business.

🔥 The AI Project Center

Chad hates writing emails. He admitted it.

His solution? A vision for a new "Project Center" inside the software where the AI knows your history, knows your offers, and writes/schedules your broadcasts for you.
